At Life After Care, our mission is simple yet profound: to create a nurturing and supportive environment for foster youth as they transition into adulthood. We are committed to equipping these resilient individuals with the skills, resources, and support systems they need to thrive and lead fulfilling lives.
Our Story
Life After Care (LAC) was founded by Jazley Trouser, a former foster youth who experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating the transition into adulthood without a support system. After overcoming significant obstacles, Jazley recognized the need for a community-driven organization dedicated to empowering foster youth and providing them with the tools they need to succeed beyond the care system.
